Record a note against your animals in Breedr

You can record custom notes against individual or multiple animals in Breedr

Top Tip: Anytime you see the yellow 'Manage' button in the app, you can record an activity. Click here to find out how to record an activity in Crush mode instead.

Record a note against individual or multiple animals in the mobile app:

  1. From the 'My Cattle' tab, select 'Manage'.
  2. 'Manage'.
  3. Select animals by tapping the tickbox to the right of the animal/s. Select as many animals as required > 'Manage'.Log activity against individual animal
  4. 'Log activity'.
  5. 'Notes'.
  6. 'Note'.notes
  7. You can either 'Log for all' if the note should be the same for all animals, or 'Log one by one' if the note should read differently for each individual animal.
  8. Select the 'Date' and write the note > 'Save'.
  9. You will then see this screen indicating successful saving of the note/s.notes (2)

 

Record a note against individual or multiple animals in the web app:

From the 'My Cattle' page, you can select individual or multiple animals to record various activities, each of which is subsequently stored within the individual history of the selected animal/s.

To apply the same details to all selected animals, choose 'To all selected animals'. To apply different details for each animal within the cohort, select 'To individual animals'.

 

Top Tip: You can find all previously logged notes in the Notes report in the web app. Here, you can filter by date and specific animal/s.
