      How do I add, edit or delete a user/s?

      You can add users through the mobile or web app, however you can only edit or delete users on the web app through the User Management section

      Add User

      You can either add users through the mobile app or the web app.

      Add users through the mobile app:

      Add user mobile

      1. Select Menu
      2. Settings
      3. User Management2-Dec-05-2024-11-03-14-3812-AM
      4. Tap the yellow '+' button
      5. Add their name, email address and role > Save and continue.

       

      Add users through the web app:

      1. Select the settings cog in the bottom left of the screen 
      2. Select 'User management'
      3. 'Invite user' green upper right button
      4. Fill out their name, email address and role > 'Save changes' 

      The recipient will be automatically emailed from Breedr prompting them to follow through and set up their own password in order to log in themselves. 

       

       

      What role do I give the user?

      We recommend applying the 'User type' that reflects the user's role on farm.

      Edit User

      In order to edit a user's role; access or send them a link to reset their password you need to log in to Breedr web app on your computer.

      1. Select the settings cog
      2. Select 'User management'
      3. Click on the user you wish to edit
      4. Edit necessary details
        1. User type - this should reflect their role on farm
        2. Account status - Enabled=they have access to Breedr; Disabled = they do not currently have access to Breedr
        3. Force password reset - an email will be automatically sent to the user, prompting them to follow the link to reset their password
      5.  'Save changes'

      Delete user

      In order to delete a user/s, you need to log in to Breedr on your web app.

      1. Select the settings cog
      2. Select 'User management'
      3. Click on the user you wish to remove
      4. Select the red box named 'Delete user' (d. shown in the above image in the upper right corner)
      5. When it prompts you to, type DELETE and tap 'Confirm'
