I can't log in to my Breedr account

You can reset your password from your mobile or web app login screen

Forgotten password?
  1. On the login screen of either on your mobile or web app, select 'Forgotten your password?' and enter your email address.
  2. You will then receive an email from Breedr prompting you to reset your password.

     
  3. Enter your new password > 'Save password'.
  4. Log in with your new password.

 

Top Tip: Make sure you are in the UK version of the Breedr app when logging in. If you are still struggling to log in to your Breedr account, get in touch with the Customer Support team.
