Why is my report not showing correct data?

The Report section on your web app holds many reports that routinely update - some every 24 hours. The use of filters are important to drill down the data you want to view.

Looking at one of your reports and not seeing your data or up-to-date data?

The image below highlights the two main places you should navigate yourself to in each report to make sure you are drilling down the correct range of data.
    1. Reports update at various times - the time and date stamp lives on each report toward the upper right showing the last update time/date. 
    2. The default filter may not display the data you were needing to find - the dropdown arrow in the grey bar at the top of each report allows you to expand the filters to check the range of data

If the time/date stamp is up-to-date and your filters display the correct range in order to bring up the data you're expecting to see, let's make sure your mobile app has been refreshed to ensure anything recorded is fully synced up.

  1. Head to Menu
  2. Settings
  3. Application settings
  4. Click the yellow 'Refresh animal data' button
  5. Go back to your desktop, wait for the next report update and you should then see your data

 

Report update times (a few examples):

  • Sessions report = every 1/2 hour
  • Stocktake & Movements report = every 1 hour
  • Medicine Record report = every 24 hours (around midnight)
  • Carcass History = every 24 hours (around midnight)
