Chat (fastest response)
The quickest way to reach us is through the chat window built into Breedr.
On the browser portal or this Help Center: Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

On the app:
- Tap the Menu icon (three lines) in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap "Help."
- Tap the chat icon to start a conversation.

Send us a message at supportusa@breedr.co and a member of our Customer Success team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Email is best for:
- Non-urgent questions
- Sharing screenshots or files
- Account setup questions you want answered in writing

If no one is available, leave a voicemail with your name, account email, and a brief description of your question, & we'll call you back.
Phone is best for:
- Urgent issues during a chute session
- Walking through a problem step by step
- Anything easier to explain out loud than in writing
