Cancel My Subscription
If you need to cancel your Breedr subscription, we can take care of that for you. Cancellations are handled by our Customer Success team, there is no self-serve cancel button in the app or on the browser portal at this time.

If something isn't working the way you expected, our team would love the chance to help before you go. Common reasons customers reach out before cancelling:
- The app isn't doing something you need: there may be a feature or workflow you haven't come across yet, or something we can help you set up.
- You're in a quiet season: if you're between cattle cycles, we can talk through options so you're not paying when you don't need full access.
- Something broke or isn't working: our team can fix it quickly.

How To Request to Cancel:
Cancellations are processed by the Customer Success team. To request a cancellation:
- Contact us using any of the options below.
- Let us know your account email address and that you'd like to cancel your subscription.
- We'll confirm the cancellation and let you know your access end date. This is typically the last day of your current billing period.
Your data is safe. Your animal records, activity history, and reports are retained should you ever need it. If you decide to reactivate your account, your data will still be there. Your data will never be shared beyond Breedr after you cancel either.
What happens after you cancel?
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
- Your data is safe and will never be deleted if you decide to join Breedr again. Contact our team if you need to export your records before your access ends.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period unless otherwise agreed with the Breedr team.
How to export your data before you go:
If you'd like a copy of your records before your access ends, you can export your animal data from the browser portal:
- Log in at app.breedr.tech.
- Go to My Cattle.
- Select the animals you'd like to export, or select all.
- Tap Export and choose your preferred format.
