Download Reports - Web

Reports are viewed on the web portal. Sign in using the same username and password as the mobile app.

Reports can be found in the menu on the left-hand side of your screen. Note when the report may have last been updated; some reports update every 30 minutes, while some take longer. If you would like the report to be updated, please reach out to customer support and we would be happy to initiate a refresh.

Step-by-Step

1. Click on the report you would like to download. (For this example, we will look at 'Sire & Dam Performance.')
   ​

2. Navigate to the top right of the report and click on the three dots.
   ​

3. Click on the dots and then click 'Export to CSV' or 'Export to Excel.'
   ​

4. Your report will then be downloaded to your computer.
