How to edit animal information

There are some limitations on what you can edit, so please get in touch with customer support if you need help. You can send us an email anytime at supportusa@breedr.co or a message using the chat box below, and we will respond as quickly as possible. 

​You can click the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen when logged into the web portal. On the mobile app, you can click the help button on the dashboard.

Step-by-step

1. Go to the 'My Cattle' tab. 

2. Tap on the animal you would like to edit.

3. Tap on the yellow 'Manage' button.
   ​

4. Tap 'Edit'.

   ​

   

    

5. You can edit the Animal EID and VID and add Management Tags (if you are connected to a compatible stick reader via Bluetooth, the EID will populate automatically when you scan).
   ​

6. The information that is grayed out can only be changed by customer support.

7. You can add sire information. See this guide on how to add a sire.
   ​

8. Tap 'Save and Finish,' and once the information has been successfully updated, a green bar will appear at the top of your screen.
