Overview: Groups, Locations, and Management Tags
Breedr currently has 3 feature options to organize and sort your animals. While these features are dynamic and their use can be tailored to your needs, there are a few key things to keep in mind when setting up your organizational structure for your ranch:
- An animal can have multiple Management Tags associated with it

Sort your animals into Groups by ownership, future destination, breed, sex, or any other group-based metric your ranch needs to keep track of. Utilize the group-based reporting feature to extract important data to help you make highly efficient, evidence-based, and cost-effective decisions for your business operations based on your data.

Use our Locations feature to mark where your animals physically reside and capture essential data for generating performance reports.
Looking for a robust method to track animals that have received specific treatments, vaccines, or undergone tests?

Our Management Tag feature offers a flexible solution, allowing you to categorize animals without any quantity limitations.

These tags can be either removable or non-removable, non-removable tags will follow animals throughout the entire supply chain.
