How do I edit incorrect animal details, such as EID or passport number?

Some data on Breedr is not editable, so contact our Customer Support team who can correct these quickly for you

If you have already read our guide on editing animal details and still require further assistance to edit or delete animals, please contact us in the Customer Support team, and we can help you to make these changes.

You can reach us by any of the options below:

  1. Phone: We're available between 8.30am and 5pm on weekdays, excluding bank holidays. Give us a call at +44 (0) 3300 436327. If no one is available to take your call, please leave us a message, and we'll be in touch.

  2. Email: Send us an email at support@breedr.co. We'll be in touch as soon as possible.

  3. Online Chat: Click the chat box icon on the bottom right of the screen when looking at the Breedr website, the web app, or the Help Centre. You can also click the 'Menu' button in the mobile app and select 'Help'.
