Log Estrus and AI

If you know that a heifer or cow is in heat, you can log an estrus activity and set an alert to monitor the animal. You can also log if the animal has been given AI, and get an alert to recheck the animal's status in 20 days.

1. Go to the 'My Cattle' page.

2. Search for the animal you've seen in heat or that you are giving AI to.

3. Tap '+ Manage,' 'Log activity.' 'Breeding,' and then select 'Estrus' or 'AI'.
   ​

4. Input the date (this can be back-dated), and select the sire. An alert is defaulted to remind you in 20 days. If you do not want to set a reminder, set the days to 0.
